As the Los Angeles Rams drive their way to a potential Super Bowl appearance after a nail-biting finish against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last week timing couldn’t be better for a big name sponsor to join the fun as LA’s team’s navigates its way to the biggest trophy in American sports. That latest sponsor of Southern California’s Sofi Stadium is Hyundai Motor America.
The home of both the NFL’s Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers, will now wear the auto manufacturer’s brand at the state of the art sports and entertainment destination in Inglewood, California. Sofi stadium is in development by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke and now Hyundai is a founding partner.
Hyundai Motors America continues its sponsorship across the NFL ecosystem
SoFi Stadium is right up the freeway from Hyundai’s North American headquarters in Southern California, so it makes perfect sense to have a significant presence at the stadium, throughout Hollywood Park and with both teams.
Hyundai’s is no stranger to big sponsorship NFL team deals. Jumping on the Rams and Chargers bandwagon adds to its other team relationships that includes the Bears, Cardinals, aforementioned Buccaneers, Eagles and Texans.
Hyundai’s multi-year sponsorship includes Hollywood Park, SoFi Stadium, YouTube Theater and American Airlines Plaza, as well as team deals with both the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers.
Hyundai’s sponsorship officially began in November and includes numerous branding and display elements. In the North Plaza, Hyundai will have the all-new, all-electric IONIQ 5 and the recently announced Hyundai Home clean energy ecosystem on display. Hyundai will also sponsor 60 vehicle charging stations across the Hollywood Park campus.
Multiple Hyundai Sponsorships at Sofi Stadium
During Rams and Chargers home games, fans will be entertained while surrounded by Hyundai branding throughout the stadium, including on the Infinity Screen by Samsung, the largest video board ever created in sports. Hyundai sponsored LED ribbon boards and digital signage can be seen throughout the Hollywood Park development. Hyundai will also have fan giveaways and Tucson and Santa Cruz vehicle displays in American Airlines Plaza.
